Under the Design/Build method of construction, the owner contracts directly with Integrity Construction Services, and we assume all responsibility for the project. This is different from the traditional approach of awarding contracts separately for design services and construction services. (The owner, contractor, and architect/engineer work as a team to design and build a project that satisfies the needs of the owner.) As a Design/Builder, we assume single-source responsibility for both the design and construction of the project.
